At the moment,
http://xml.apache.org/mail.html#xerces-p-dev
points to the following URL for an archive:
http://xml-archive.webweaving.org/xml-archive-xerces-p-dev/
which doesn't contain an archive, but instead links to
http://archive.covalent.net/
which, in turn, is "down temporarily for an upgrade".
It would be appreciated if one or more of the webmasters in this
chain could either make the archives available or replace
the bogus links with ones to marc.theaimsgroup.com.
