Cactus does not support remote testing

Hi Ivens,

This would be good indeed. It's not very easy to implement as it means finding 
a way to deploy EAR/wars to remote hosts. ATM, we're using a simply copy. Now, 
I'm sure all containers nowadays support remote deployments. We need to update 
the code for each of the supported container to use this feature. Once this is 
done, we will be in a position to support remote testing.

Feel free to submit patches to support remote deployments.
