### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Recently, we've encountered several consumer hang issues. However, DotPulsar doesn't provide any log information, making it difficult to determine where the client is stuck.
I believe having log information would be very helpful for investigating these consumer hang issues.
### Describe the solution you'd like and alternatives you've considered
Add more logs for DotPulsar
