Make the retainAll @param tag in UnmodifiableBoundedCollection a tag

A non-breaking space (U+00A0) sits between the leading asterisk and
@param, so javadoc never recognises a block tag and renders the line as
prose: "Always throws UnsupportedOperationException. @param Ignored."
The parameter name was missing too; the sibling removeIf is written
"@param filter Ignored.".
