fix misleading log message

Version 1.101 of subversion/include/svn_delta.h has a misleading log
message --- the change is not merely "doc fixes".  However, I'm not in
the cvsadmin group, so I can't change the log message.

Could someone privileged change the log message to:


Doc fixes.

(svn_delta_edit_fns_t): Remove ANCESTOR_PATH and ANCESTOR_VERSION
arguments to "replace_root" operation.
