No Advanced Http Tester.

I am planning on using Advanced Http Tester. I have
installed JMeter 1.7 and when I start it I don't see
the "setup" tab in the menu and I am not able to
access Advanced Http Tester.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out
here.
