Change e-mail content registration e-mail

When users register, an e-mail is sent to them with a link to verify their account.  Is it possible to change the content of that e-mail?  Otherwise, the link points to localhost, but when users open that link in their webbrowser, an error is shown.  In core-1.1.jar are just the notifiers for build results.
