EIP example needed using a persistent/clustered store & distributed lock manager

I would like to use a StaticRecipientListAggregator in a clustered SMX
environment. Would you provide an example of using this EIP component in a
clustered environment using a persistent/clustered store & if needed, a
distributed lock manager?
