   The status information is stored in the trigger, not the rule. I think this would require fetching the trigger for each rule in the list and then doing the join manually. Alternatively, this might be doable by modifying the couch index to link each rule to its trigger so that both documents are available at once. I'm not certain this is doable without more thought.
