Are there any re-startable endpoints?

I am new to camel, and researching it for my company. One of our needs is to
have a way to restart some VERY large transfers if the connection is
interrupted mid stream. Is anyone aware of any end points, preferably
secure, or techniques, that I can be pointed to for this use case?
