The patch that is about to follow will fix this documentation bug. The patch also reflects two
changes in programming style I would like to suggest: The use of the
XERCES_CPP_NAMESPACE_* macros is mandatory, not optional, and the use of
namespace xercesc (defined in header file xercesc/util/XercesDefs.hpp, but only if
XERCES_HAS_CPP_NAMESPACE is defined) should be discouraged or even forbidden.
