h3. Motivation

We currently perform write intent resolution for each transaction individually. The local processing (on the primary replica) is synchronous, while applying the Raft command is asynchronous.

A better approach would be to make the entire process asynchronous and batch multiple transactions into a single Raft action.
h3. Definition of done

# The write intent resolution process is now fully asynchronous, operating on batches of transactions.
# This improvement requires benchmarking to validate its performance impact.
