Leo Li commented on HARMONY-4184:
---------------------------------
Hi, Alexey:
What I fixed here is about the different prefixes for file URLs on windows and linux.
There is another problem of normalize the path for URLs as pointed out in HARMONY-2910.
I once expected to add the test as a scenario test which needs some configuration here so I hesitated to add testcase in current junit test framework.
Good luck!
Leo.

> Here is a testcase:
> Class cls = Class.forName("org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.ProviderUtil"); //Replace the class in RI's extension directory.
> ProtectionDomain pd = cls.getProtectionDomain();
> Permission perm = new AllPermission();
> assertTrue(pd.implies(perm));
> RI passes.
> Harmony fails.
