runConfigure script
hi,
the runConfigure script has no option to set the install prefix which i
would find very useful. Attached you find an appropriate patch for
src/runConfigure.

The -C option allows you to specify ONE extra command line option which
is passed on to 'configure'.

I need both prefix and exec-prefix. What I've done for my own personal
use is just make a clone of runConfigure with the settings I need, but
the real problem is that runConfigure only exposes a fraction of the
functionality of the configure script. There will always be some oddball
like me who needs to get at a configure option not supported by
runConfigure. It would be better to get rid of runConfigure (as a layer
on top of configure) altogether and fold the services it provides into
the configure script, but I don't know enough about configure/autoconf
to do this.
