[Logging] Implementation of Log4j update

Hello,

Is there a plan to update the Log4JCategoryLog to sync
with Log4J's new naming conventions (i.e. Logger from
Category, Level from Priority, etc.)?  I have done
some work with this already.  If anyone is interested,
please let me know.
