I'm not quite sure whether I can vote, since I'm not a committer,
but if my vote is valid, I've no second thoughts of giving +1 to
Lily.

Your vote is welcome and encouraged.  In the vote results all votes will 
be listed.  Although PMC votes are binding, I think it is good and 
important to hear from the entire community.
