Follow-up to r1591005:
Fix coding snafu that would cause the fulltexts to *not* be limited.

* subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/cached_data.c
  (svn_fs_fs__get_contents): Actually disable the fulltext caching in
                             the baton - not some local variable.
