.NET and SOAP

Does anyone know if you can write a java client on a Unix platform running
IBM Websphere and SOAP to use a .NET web service. I have tried this and
can't get it to work. Does anyone have any sample code?

This is not a Jetspeed question. Please post it to a soap mailing list,
see the Apache XML Soap projects http://xml.apache.org/soap
