[I] [Bug] [ui] 'OCEANBASE' type is missing in datasource list [dolphinscheduler]

   When select datasource on SQL workflow page, there is no 'OCEANBASE' type.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   Should show all datasource types.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Workflow definition page, choose sql type workflow and select the datasource type.
   
   ### Anything else
   
   _No response_
   
   ### Version
   
   3.2.x
