I would support releasing MIME4J.

The procedure is somehow summed up here: https://james.staged.apache.org/james-project/3.6.0/community/release.html

I can devote myself to perform the 0.8.4 release (once I am done with the Apache James 3.6.0 release).

No release happened because of the limited changelog.
