The output staging needs some clarification. 

* When experimentDataDir is not specified with experiment request, a new directory needs to created within the specified storage resource working directory. 

* If experimentDataDir is specified, copy the outputs into the specified directory without any sub-directories. 

* If experimentDataDir is absolute path (start with file separator) then use it instead of creating within the storage resource working directory.
