TDK 2.2-B3 - Ant Init Issue

Hello,

Running ant init gives me these sort of errors, telling me that ID_TABLE
doesn't exist.
I can see it in the database etc.. I have read the similiar threads on here
and cant find a solution. Any help would be cool.

[torque-sql-exec] Failed to execute: insert into ID_TABLE (id_table_id,
table_name, next_id, quantit
y) VALUES (1101, 'TURBINE_PERMISSION', 1000, 10)
[torque-sql-exec] java.sql.SQLException: General error: Table
'opencourse.id_table' doesn't exist
[torque-sql-exec] Failed to execute: insert into ID_TABLE (id_table_id,
table_name, next_id, quantit
y) VALUES (1102, 'TURBINE_ROLE', 1000, 10)
