安装apache Eagle 0.4版本，运行测试提供的策略，有告警信息。自定义的策略，无告警信息

运行eagle-sandbox-starter.sh脚本，创建自定义策略，执行hdfs -dfs -cat /tmp/privte。有告警信息

自定义策略，比如创建目录（mkdir），打开文件（open），都无法产生告警信息。why？？
