Types of events ([Event.getEventType()|https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/4.11.1.0/framework/events/src/org/apache/cloudstack/framework/events/Event.java#L49]) are incorrectly parsed in RabbitMQ event bus: hyphens are used instead of dots.
