SVN repositories synchronization

I guess we can extend the svn sync to new groups now, good for google
code projects

I have moved all repositories synchronized via svn under
http://repo1.maven.org/maven-svn/
we'd need to checkout there in the right folder the svn repo and then
add it to the csv file [1] (check the org.springframework example)
