When moving the mouse over the "Log Out" button (just hovering, not clicking), the logout process occurs- navigates to the `/auth/sign-in` page, etc.

Not too familiar with Svelte but I think `data-sveltekit-preload-data="hover"` at https://github.com/apache/iggy/blob/master/web/src/app.html#L37 plus the logout side-effects in the `load` function of the page result in this behavior.
