100% CPU usage in IE using legacy (pre-6u10) plug-in
----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: PIVOT-25
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-25
             Project: Pivot
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: wtk
    Affects Versions: 1.1
         Environment: Java 5
Internet Explorer / Windows Java plug-in
            Reporter: Todd Volkert
            Priority: Minor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a system with Java 5 & Windows
2. Run a Pivot applet in IE using Sun's Java plug-in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CPU usage is pegged.

This only happens in IE when using the legacy Java plug-in. The new (6u10)
