[Input] Taglib bug (was Volunteers for Release...)

I'm willing to assist in getting the Input taglib ready for 1.0
release, since I've contributed in the past.  From what I recall of the
criteria its already ready, with only one Bugzilla entry.

In regards to that Bugzill entry

what would be the desired behaviour if a Map is used for the "default"
property?

Glenn & Shawn, I don't see that the release procedures have changed
since Input was last updated, is there anything more to be done for it?
I see that the <revision> needs to be updated in input.xml, but that
seems to be it.

I don't think it is clear what the behaviour should be for a Map (use
the keys to match against the values?), but I've implemented a change
to allow the use of a String[] to set the default values. 
Unfortunately I've been unable to test this as I recently lost my work
area and haven't had to time to reconfigure it.  Could someone please
compile and verify this change.  

Attached is a patch and the full class.
