Steps to reproduce:

(1) Have latest CloudStack setup with at least 2 advanced zones running with XenServer
(2) Try to execute "updateGlobalLoadBalancerRule" API

Observations:

(i) When tried to execute, it fails with the following error

http://10.147.59.194:8096/api?command=updateGlobalLoadBalancerRule

<errorresponse cloud-stack-version="4.2.0-SNAPSHOT"><errorcode>432</errorcode><cserrorcode>9999</cserrorcode><errortext>Unknown API command: updateGlobalLoadBalancerRule</errortext></errorresponse>

(ii) Other commands like create,assign, removeFrom GSLB rule works fine.
