cvs.apache.org problems ?
I'm trying to commit some changes but can't connect to the cvs server.
Is anyone having the same problem, or is it just me ?

Just checked. I cannot ssh into Minotaur so that is probably it.
Also someone on struts-dev reported that they cannot check out the
shale repository through subversion.
