Cloning the default publication within 1.2.X version

I have added a build process to clone the default publication.

A README can be found at

src/webapp/lenya/pubs/default/tools/clone/README.txt

I need to do some work on overwriting, etc. but otherwise it seems to be 
good
and I hope it helps others to start an Apache Lenya publication without 
having
problems in upgrading.

It probably makes sense to add it to

http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/LenyaGettingStarted

but it's better to testdrive it a bit.

I won't add it to 1.4 version, because I think we should encourage people
to use the Publication Templating mechanism.
