Board report coming up

The May report needs to be submitted by the end of the week. I've
written an initial draft. Please add/fix/update/improve until Thursday
night (CET). I'd also appreciate if maybe Simon could add a short
paragraph on the project expectation conflict we've been going through
on private@. I don't trust myself to be neutral enough on the topic.
