slider stop bug?

If the application is stuck in ACCEPT status, slider stop command doesn't
stop the yarn application.

I didn't setup the scheduler address correctly so the application stuck at
ACCEPT status and I couldn't use slider stop to stop the application

Did you specify --force ?

Sorry, missed this issue.

I've filed a JIRA to look at it , https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLIDER-775

I see that a fix for this situation —escalation to --force— went in with SLIDER-426; we need to come up with a test that verifies it works with YARN

You can use --force.

Are you using the RC for 0.60 or 0.40?
