[jira] [Commented] (MAPREDUCE-3842) Add a toggle button to all web
pages to stop automatic refreshs

Robert Joseph Evans commented on MAPREDUCE-3842:

I would also say that we want auto refresh off by default, or even better just remove it. It is simple enough to push a manual refresh button if I wan an update. And if we really want to have progress bars move in near real time, lets use the web service calls and AJAX to make that happen instead.

> The automatic refresh makes quiet hard to look at something specific as it makes the page jump and sometime resets its position.
> This is specially painful when looking at jobs with large number of tasks.
