Created AMBER space for new podling - https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBER
Created a amber-committers group with the following members (not everyone in the proposal had Confluence accounts) -
 - Brian McCallister (brianm)
 - David Jencks (djencks)
 - Jean-Frederic Clere (jfclere)
 - Paul Lindner (plindner)
 - Simone Gianni (simoneg)
 - Simone Tripodi (simonetripodi)
 - Tommaso Teofili (teofili)
Created a amber-admins group with the following members (not all mentors had a Confluence account) -
 - Brian McCallister (brianm)
 - David Jencks (djencks)
 - Jean-Frederic Clere (jfclere)
Setup space permissions so:
 - amber-admins and confluence-administrators had all permissions
 - amber-committers had everything except space admin rights
 - confluence-users only have view, export and create comments rights
 - asf-cla have view, export, create/remove comments and create/remove attachements rights
Any of the amber-admins or confluence admins can add the other members once they have Confluence accounts.
The autoexport template has not been setup (uses the default) as you'll need to upload and host the desired images and CSS before a confluence admin can update the default template.
