Xerces-J mailing list is stuck?

I'm getting messages for the other lists, but nothing for Xerces-J since this morning.
Anybody else noticed this?

I also sent a test message to xerces-j-dev and nothing happened.

I sent a message (twice) several hours ago and nobody received it. It
doesn't appear in the archive either.
