Conferences with audio/video cuts and delay

Dears,

A strange problem with videoconference has been happened few weeks ago.
After few minutes of videoconference, the audio and video of participants
start to have little cuts frequently and a delay between them happens
(delay of 10 seconds or more). If we have more participants, the problems
occurs faster.

I thought the problem was the new version of OM (3.0.6), but a downgrade to
version 3.0.4 didn't resolve it. So I suspected that could be:

- A Server problem (I discarded this option because I tested a better
server and the issue persisted);
- The internet connection of server (maybe, bus the tests of speed and
jitter are ok).
- The version of Flash upgraded recently (18,0,0,209) on machine clients
(same clients related the Chrome browser / Flash has increased the consumes
of memory each minute).

Has anyone had the same problem?

Server used:
Processor Core i3 2.14GHz (4 cores)
6GB RAM
500GB HD
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Openmeetings 3.0.6
Internet Connection: 100Mbps download and 50Mpbs upload.

Our conferences are used to have 7 participants.

Regards,

André Proto

Maxim,

Thank you for your fast answer. I'll try to get these information.

I'll try to test a conference in demo server too (

can you check the amount of bandwidth utilized during videoconference? (on
client observing cuts and on server)
this definitely looks like network issues
