Add Sqoop Engine For 1.1.2

Hi everyone,
In order to comprehensively enhance the engine support range of linkis and
provide better data transmission services to clients, sqoop engine is added
in version 1.1.2. The functions support:
1. Execute sqoop engine related tasks;
2. Obtain the execution progress and log of sqoop engine;
3. Execute the kill sqoop engine function;
