Description: For LCS, it appears that we have a private toString() method in LeveledManifest, but it's only used from within the class, even though it has capability of printing all SSTables on all levels. We used to be able to get this information from the manifest file in data directory, but after CASSANDRA-4872 this is no longer available. It will be useful for troubleshooting if we can have a JMX MBean method to trigger printing out the full generations list of a particular manifest instance.
