[RESULT] WAS Re: [VOTE] Graduate the Apache SensSoft (Incubating) Project

72 hours has come and gone. I'm going to close this VOTE with the RESULT
below...

Thanks for the notification.  Who from the podling will start a discussion
here?  Usually the forward happens when the vote starts, not when it
