goopen.org images in site
One teeny thing. The Confluence icons are still coming from
goopen.org. Can we fix the HTML generator to replace those w/ "local"
images?

Other things I'd like to add to auto-export....
* disable the overwriting of the site.css file every time a page changes
* allow special pages to be marked as 'export all' pages - e.g. if you
change Banner, Navigation, QuickLinks then just regenerate the entire
space
* maybe a timed auto-export every night to make sure things are always
up to date

We'd need the source code for Pier's plugin to do that and so far
Pier's not let us have the source code
