[PR] refactor: normalize service module layout [opendal]

Xuanwo opened a new pull request, #7797:
URL: https://github.com/apache/opendal/pull/7797

   # Which issue does this PR close?

   N/A.

   # Rationale for this change

This PR normalizes Rust service crate module layout after the service split so service implementations follow a predictable structure. Builders live with backend access implementations, read paths have dedicated reader modules, and service-local helper logic is kept in core instead of separate one-off utility modules.

   # What changes are included in this PR?

   - Merge split builder modules into backend modules for Dropbox, Google Drive, IPMFS, OneDrive, and Vercel Artifacts.
   - Move service-local error, URI, and utility helpers into each service's core module.
   - Add reader modules for services that expose read implementations.
   - Remove stale duplicated `mod.rs` files for GitHub and S3.
   - Keep protocol/domain modules such as models, path index, graph model, and binary/message codecs separate.

   # Are there any user-facing changes?

No. This is an internal module layout refactor and keeps public service APIs unchanged.

   # AI Usage Statement

   N/A.
