Scrollable portlet in Pluto or JetSpeed2 ?

Hi, all!
Is it possible to make a portlet window scrollable in Pluto or JetSpeed2 ?

In Jetspeed 2 you could create your own portlet decorator that has a 
scollable <div> tag.  That is the simplest approach.
