   interesting @joseflauzino . The only point I see and issue with is 2.5. Though I don't think metrics for stopped VMs are queried a lot. 
   You have nothing planned for zone-/pod-/clustermetrics right?
   
   please have a look at #5588 which is almost ready to merge. (some internal QA still going on)
   
   @rohityadavcloud care to review?
