Incubator sign-off for Tobago
Hello Ted and Manfred,
last week I asked the MyFaces community about the incubator sign-off for
Tobago. There were no objections against leaving the incubator.
Therefore I would like to know how to proceed. What are the next steps
on our way to become a MyFaces sub-project?

BTW, Martin there is no such thing like a PMC _lead_ at the ASF. A PMC
chair does not have the right to _lead_ anything, overrule someone or
the like. He/she has primary responsibility to the Board (reports,
obligation to inform, etc.) and he/she is officer of the ASF for legal
reasons.

We just have to send a mail to the incubator mailing list officially
declaring your sign-off.
Now Manfred should do that, I suppose, as PMC lead - Manfred, can you take over?
