    Summary: Confluence account is disabled  (was: Confluence account is borked post upgrade)

This is nothing to do with the upgrade process.

e-mail to the address registered for this account was bouncing. The account was therefore disabled. If you'd like to provide a valid e-mail address for your confluence account, infra can update the account and re-enabled it.
