[PR] fix: harden 0.7 release preparation [asyncband]

## Summary
- Audit semver-major releases with minor compatibility rules so breaking API changes remain visible, and require explicit acknowledgement before accepting those violations.
- Turn the three ignored pool examples into compiling doctests with complete setup.
- Document the breaking-change review flow and keep source-archive verification inside a subshell so later release commands run from the repository root.
- Validate with `cargo x lint`, `cargo x check`, `cargo x test --no-capture`, Rust 1.86.0 tests, both semver acknowledgement paths, and a Cargo package dry-run.
- Advances #227.
