Remove AbstractEnumField as part of removing deprecated EnumField

I stripped out the AbstractEnumField as part of removing the deprecated EnumField in favour of EnumFieldType in https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3256.
This simplifies our class hierarchy, and I don't think we expect other folks to be extending it?

Specific commit: https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/3256/commits/6fa97c1173f0c533095cd73f60c15783ca401a59
Would another set of eyes on this....
