[jira] [Updated] (ISIS-2747) [OBSOLETE] Document the fact that secman requires SudoService to specify a user with appropriate roles

Daniel Keir Haywood updated ISIS-2747:
--------------------------------------
    Description:

And not just any old user with a set of roles.

While it would be nicer to do the latter, we have to resolve potentially conflicting sets of roles' permissions, and this is done at the user level (ApplicationUser#getPermissionSet).
