   ### What happened
   
   Creating a connection with the same name will not report an error or prompt, and will overwrite the previous configuration.
   
   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   The creation failed, prompting that the name already exists, and the previous one cannot be overwritten.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   1. Create a github connection and named **GitHub**.
   2. Create another connection named **GitHub** while changing any parameter.
   3. This parameter created later will overwrite the previously created one.
